I’ve been in the classroom for over 20 years, teaching elementary students and navigating the ups and downs of education. Like many of you, I’ve had moments of burnout, self-doubt, and exhaustion. But I’ve also experienced those “lightbulb” moments with students that remind me why I became a teacher in the first place.
